West Side Cleveland Holiday Itinerary
Festive, family-friendly, and low-stress
Looking for a West Side Cleveland holiday night that feels festive without a ton of driving, overplanning, or negotiating with tiny humans in the backseat? This itinerary is one of our favorite seasonal wins.
We realized that several cozy holiday stops on the West Side are basically neighbors. Instead of treating them as separate outings, we turned them into a simple and flexible itinerary. It is mostly indoors, easy to customize, and works whether you do all four stops or call it a night early and still feel like you did something special.
Stop 1: Holiday Trains at Puritas Nursery
📍 Puritas Nursery & Garden Center: 19201 Puritas Ave, Cleveland, OH 44135
Warm, totally free, and surprisingly magical for all ages, the indoor holiday train display at Puritas Nursery is the perfect way to kick off the night. It is one of those low pressure holiday experiences that feels special without requiring tickets, reservations, or a strict timeline.
Kids can take it all in at their own pace, and parents can actually enjoy the moment, which always feels like a win during the holiday season.
Why this stop works:
Indoors and warm
Completely free
Easy to enjoy quickly or linger longer
Stop 2: Fairview Park Holiday Lights on Seabury Avenue
📍Fairview Park Holiday Lights: Seabury Ave, Fairview Park, OH 44126
From there, hop back in the car and head over to Seabury Avenue in Fairview Park. This neighborhood holiday lights display feels straight out of a Hallmark movie, with homes decorated wall to wall in festive lights and décor.
It is best enjoyed slowly from the car, which makes it perfect for families with kids of all ages. Depending on the night, you may even catch bonus holiday touches like hot chocolate, candy canes, or reindeer food.

No tickets or reservations
Easy to enjoy from the car
Festive without being overwhelming
Stop 3: Dinner at A Very Merry Danny Boy’s Holiday Pop-Up
📍Danny Boy’s Pizza: 24129 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070
By this point, it is probably time for dinner, and Danny Boy’s is the kind of place that feels like an event without being fussy. During the holidays, the atmosphere is cozy and festive, and the menu is full of comfort food that works well for families.
It is the perfect pause in the itinerary. Warm, relaxed, and satisfying without dragging the night on too long.

Dinner you did not have to cook that still feels special
Stop 4: Holiday Hideaway at RollHouse North Olmsted
📍RollHouse North Olmsted: 24488 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070
If you still have energy after dinner, RollHouse makes a great optional final stop. With bowling, arcade games, escape rooms, and full holiday décor all indoors, it is an easy way to let kids burn off energy while leaning fully into the festive vibe.
And if you do not make it this far, no problem at all. This itinerary is intentionally flexible.
