Wednesday, July 1st: Fairmount of the Arts Presents
6:30pm Ohio Goes to the Movies: at the Geauga Theater - 'The Goonies'
Thursday, July 2nd: Fairmount of the Arts Presents
3pm Dr. Bari Oyler Stith's Historical Lecture at the Geauga Theater
7pm Novelty Theater Company Presents: Tom Sawyer at the Geauga Theater
Friday, July 3rd:
7p Chardon Polka Band at Chardon High School
10p Fireworks at Chardon High School
Saturday, July 4th: Old Glory Day
9:30am Courthouse Dedication and Time Capsule Ceremony
10am kid's bike decorating
11am Independence Day Parade around Chardon Square
Followed by: free hot dogs, ice cream and face painting
Sunday, July 5th: Community Picnic
11am - 2pm purchase food from Eat at the Bus Stop. Live music from Snowbelt Musical Arts Association. Giant slip 'n slide. Kite making and activities from America 250 - Ohio!
