The Remember Balloons is a moving dance-theatre production based on the award-winning children’s book by Jessie Oliveros. Young James imagines that everyone carries their memories inside balloons, but when his grandfather begins losing his, James discovers that the stories Grandpa has shared can live on through him. Through movement, storytelling, and imaginative visuals, this intergenerational production offers families a warm and hopeful way to explore memory loss, aging, caregiving, and the power of shared stories.
