💛 Building the Next Generation of Bold, Compassionate Leaders
As we celebrate International Women's Day, it feels like the perfect moment to spotlight the organization investing in women before they even know they're becoming one.
EmpowerHER Club is a girls-focused nonprofit dedicated to building confidence, leadership skills, emotional resilience, and healthy peer relationships, all through free, joyful workshops where girls ages 5–13 can discover their voice, strengthen their self-worth, and learn to lift one another up.
With weekly programs in Lake County and monthly programs in Cuyahoga County, EmpowerHER shows up consistently for girls across our region, creating safe spaces where every girl belongs and every voice matters.
Their affirmation of the month says it well: I am worthy of love, respect, and care, especially from myself.
Core Programs
Confidence & Leadership Workshops: Interactive sessions focused on public speaking, self-esteem, goal-setting, and leadership that help girls step into their power and use their voice with confidence.
Healthy Relationships & Bullying Prevention: Age-appropriate workshops teaching girls how to set boundaries, navigate conflict, and practice kindness, with themselves and with each other.
EmpowerHER Locations: Ongoing small-group programs across Lake and Cuyahoga County that provide consistent mentorship, community, and connection.
Parent & Educator Trainings: Practical tools for the adults in girls' lives to better support confidence and social-emotional development at home and in the classroom.
