Here’s how parking will work during the event:
There will be no parking at City Hall for this event. All guests are encouraged to use the Twinsburg High School parking lots, which will remain fully accessible until 5:15 PM, when Ravenna Road closes in front of City Hall.
From 5:15 PM to 5:30 PM, limited access to the high school parking areas will continue:
-Right-hand turns onto Tiger Trail from Ravenna Road will still be allowed.
-Traffic coming straight from Miktarian Parkway will also be permitted to enter Tiger Trail and reach the high school lots.
-At 5:30 PM, Tiger Trail will close for the parade. This closure is expected to last about 20 minutes, and access will reopen once the parade has passed.
-During this brief closure, anyone arriving can still access the parking lot across from the Water Park, where the recycling bins are located, by using the driveway between R.B. Chamberlin Middle School and the bus garage.
-For those traveling from the direction of the Square, Library Drive will remain open throughout the event for left-turn access to the Fitness Center and high school parking lots .
Where spectators gather:
-Spectators should assemble on the Tiger Trail sidewalk between the Water Park and Ravenna Road. From there, everyone will walk with the parade to City Hall for the remainder of the festivities.
We hope this helps clarify the parking options — and we look forward to seeing everyone at this year’s celebration!
Please note there will NOT be photos with Santa available at Frost Bright Twinsburg Parade of Lights and Festival on Saturday, November 22. Twinsburg residents may sign up for a photo slot at the Cookies with Santa event on Friday, December 5 for an opportunity to have photos with Santa. Registration opens Friday, November 7 at 9am until full. Visit TwinsburgRecreation.com.
