Touch-a-Truck/National Police Night Out
National Police Night Out is a national event where local police departments celebrate community. There will be entertainment, free food and plenty of service and safety trucks on display at Memorial Park. Details coming soon.
Kids Fest and Duck Race
Kids Fest
Since 2013 the Rotary Club of Strongsville's Annual "Kids Fest" event is a free summer community event geared towards children of all ages. Last year, we had about 2,000 people show up for a fun filled day of kids activities including:

Duck Race
At approximately 2pm the ducks will be launched, with the finish line at the Camp Cheerful Bridge. Ducks will be available to be sponsored online before the event or at the Kids Fest. The grand prize is $2,000, second place $1,000, 3rd $500, 4th $300 and 5th $200.
Pony Ride Rules
To prevent long lines for the pony ride we are having timed slots for the ponies.
A free ticket is required for the pony rides
A limited number of tickets are available on a first come first served basis at the main duck sales table and will be valid for a chosen time slot
Child must be present and weigh 75lbs or less

Meet the Machines
Join us on Main Street and on The Lawn for another year of Meet the Machines at Legacy Village.
This free, outdoor, family event encourages children to meet and explore construction equipment, emergency and service vehicles, and machines of all makes and sizes. Plus, enjoy live entertainment, activities and giveaways throughout the day. Participating machines include firetrucks, police vehicles, bucket truck, front-end loader, water buggy and more!
The stage will have entertainment throughout the event. From 12pm – 3pm, you can have a blast with RealPopFusion. They entertain with non-stop family fun that includes music, games, challenges, prizes and dancing!
This event will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of lightning, the event may be cancelled. Please visit legacy-village.com for more information and updates!
Tremont Arts and Cultural Festival
Tremont Arts and Cultural Festival celebrates the cultural and artistic diversity of Tremont and the greater Cleveland area, featuring fine art, sculpture, original jewelry, children’s activities and programs, food booths, musicians and performers.
The Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival celebrates its 27th season on Saturday, September 19th (12:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.) in Cleveland’s Lincoln Park. This regionally acclaimed festival is presented by Tremont West Development Corporation and Cleveland City Council members: Austin Davis (Cleveland, Ward 7) and Jasmin Santana (Cleveland, Ward 14). The festival celebrates the cultural and artistic diversity of Tremont and the greater Cleveland area, and supports the endeavors of its visual and performing artists.
Now in its 27th year, the 2026 Tremont Arts and Cultural Festival is comprised of five Festival Villages:
Children’s Village: hand-on arts, historical, and educational projects:
Community Village: area non-profit organizations presenting material about their mission and services, along with local, independent merchants and vendors;
Cultural Village: fair trade merchants, and non-profits reflecting the ethnic diversity of the neighborhood and region;
Artists’ Village: Applications for exhibiting visual artists are accepted online in 15 categories: 2D Mixed Media, 3D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Fine Jewelry, Leather, Metal (non-sculptural), Painting (Oil, Acrylic, & Watercolor), Photography & Digital Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture (Paper, Bronze, Clay, Metal, Stone) and Wood.
Food Court: A dynamic area featuring a variety of food sales by Tremont and Greater Cleveland restaurants, food trucks and booths offering an eclectic mix of delicious eats from local vendors.
Arts Renaissance Tremont ( 7:30pm at Pilgrim United Congregational Church (2952 W 14th St) is bringing together five world class and diverse jazz musicians for an experimental evening. Some of them have never met; none have them have ever performed together in public. They’re each writing a new piece for this event. These five pieces will be rehearsed and performed in front of a live audience for the first time. Five world premieres with a five jazz greats who’ve never worked together? Welcome to UnchARTed Territory! Artists include Addison Frei (piano), Todd Coolman (bass), TJ Reddick (drums), Omar Lateef (trumpet), Charles Pillow (saxophone/flute).
The Festival has free music and dance performances Saturday on the TACF Main Stage.
Summer Solstice Celebration
The 2026 Summer Solstice celebration is on Sunday, June 21, from 6 to 10:30 PM at Lakewood Park. Come enjoy food trucks, activities, live music, and watch the sunset with all your neighbors and friends on the solstice steps.
Race for Kids
Race for Kids is a 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk in support of Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio. Participation includes a T-shirt and free entry to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo for the day.
Kids in Cle Yoga & Bubbles at Valor Acres in Brecksville
Free family yoga + bubbles at Valor Acres benefiting the Cleveland Food-bank. Optional donations support feeding our community.
Join Kids in Cleveland for a free, family-friendly community yoga class benefiting the Cleveland Food Bank.
This welcoming all-ages event is designed to bring families together through movement, mindfulness, and community connection. While the class is completely free to attend, optional donations will support the Cleveland Food Bank.100% of donations will go directly to the cause.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, towel, or blanket to participate. The class will include breath-work, simple yoga poses, yoga games, stories, music, and bubbles. You may also want to bring an extra towel for bubble time.
Taste of River 2026
The Rocky River Chamber of Commerce looks forward to host a best-in-class culinary festival—Taste of River!
More than just another food event, the festival will excite guests as the community gathers for a scrumptious evening of bites and beats. Attendees will indulge in food and beverages crafted specifically for this event, while listening to upbeat entertainment on the main stage.
How are you planning to get to Taste? We encourage everyone to consider eco-friendly options like walking, biking, public transport, or carpooling. Pride in the CLE
Pride in the CLE® is an annual event celebrating the city’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community, put on by the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland and held in Downtown Cleveland. Geauga County Maple Festival
As the oldest maple festival in the United States, the Geauga County Maple Festival commemorates the production of pure maple syrup in Geauga County and Northeast Ohio. The festival is held annually during the last full weekend of April.
We invite you to join us for four days of engaging activities, delectable food, and a celebration of all things maple.

In anticipation of the festival weekend, we invite you to participate in Tappin’ Sunday, where we will hold a ceremonial tapping of the maple tree on Chardon Square, offering attendees a chance to taste the season’s first maple stirs.

Dyngus Day Cleveland 2026
We’re thrilled to announce that on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 10am to 8:00pm we’ll again be shutting down several blocks of Detroit Avenue to celebrate Dyngus Day Cleveland. Enjoy live music from our Street Stage as well as a separate stage located behind Gordon Green. Cleveland will also be celebrating Dyngus Day (also known as Wet Monday or Smigus Dyngus) at various bars and restaurants around town. Join us for the party, which will include all the polka, paczki and piwo you can handle!
Packed with authentic ethnic food, merch, bier, and dancing, Dyngus Day will be a city-wide celebration of Polish culture and traditions!

The City of Elyria will host the annual Festival of Lights from 3-6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6th in Ely Square. Come for the lighting countdown and stay for the free hot chocolate and popcorn, petting zoo, kids book giveaway, ice carving, and more. Santa arrives at 6:00 pm and will be available for photos. See you in the Square!
Euclid Holiday Lighting Event
Join us for a magical evening at the Shore Cultural Centre as the City of Euclid brings festive cheer to life with its annual Holiday Lighting Event on Friday, December 5th, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Enjoy a winter wonderland featuring an indoor EUC Flea Artisan Market, delicious treats from food trucks, and complimentary hot chocolate and soup. Experience the joy of a whimsical train ride, carolers, and the grand Tree Lighting Countdown led by the Mayor.
Meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, marvel at live ice sculpture creations, and enjoy Christmas karaoke and a captivating holiday show by the Cleveland Tap Dance Conservatory.
